Pipeline overview
The continuous conveying of goods handling machinery on the assembly line, also known as conveyor line or conveyor, generally includes traction parts, bearing members, driving devices, tensioning devices, redirecting devices and supports. The assembly line can be roughly divided into seven categories: belt assembly line, plate chain line, multiple chain line, plug-in line, mesh belt line, suspension line and roller assembly line according to the conveying series products. The assembly line has large conveying capacity and long transportation distance, and can also complete several technological operations at the same time during the conveying process, so it is widely used.
Pipeline Features
1. The chain-type assembly line uses the chain as the traction and carrier to transport the material. The chain can use the ordinary sleeve roller conveyor chain, or various other special chains;
2. Large conveying capacity, can carry larger loads;
3. The conveying speed is accurate and stable, which can ensure precise synchronous conveying;
4. It is easy to realize accumulation and conveying, which can be used for assembly production line or as material storage and conveying.
Mechanical assembly lines have certain requirements on speed, torque, accuracy and dynamic performance. Our company currently has ESDA and ESDB servo drive systems to choose from. Each power level has a variety of servo motors for matching applications. Adapt to different speed, torque and load inertia occasions. In this application, we selected Electrolys ESDB-15AEA and 130EMA-060BE12 servo systems for customers.

Servo performance analysis
For the mechanical assembly line, we adopt the position command input method of pulse + direction. In order to meet the requirements of customer speed and position, the motor speed is changed by changing the electronic gear ratio. The frequency of the pulse command sent by the PLC is fixed as H, and the speed of the motor is R. The electronic gear ratio is G. When the electronic gear ratio is G=1, the pulse command frequency of H=1Hz is sent, and the rotation speed corresponds to 8r/min. R/8 is the value that the pulse command frequency should reach when the electronic gear ratio is 1. After this value is greater than the electronic gear ratio, it is the actual received pulse command frequency.
H=R/(8×G) → G=R/(8×H)
After the adjustment of gear ratio and rigidity, it has been able to ensure accurate synchronous transmission and carry the load required by customers.
